Claire Moran

Claire Moran studied Performing Arts specialising in new dance at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK and on graduating moved into the field of arts management.

She has worked with a variety of theatres and cultural organisations in Scotland including the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and Scottish Ballet producing arts events, conferences, festivals and education programmes.

Claire first worked with Cryptic from 1997 – 2002 and returned to work with the company in June 2005. She has produced all of Cryptic’s work during these periods which has resulted in tours across Europe, South America and Asia. She also represents the company at many international events including the UK Department of Trade and Industries Creative Missions to Malaysia and Japan, Informal European Theatre Meetings, Australian Performing Arts Market, Under the Radar and American Performing Arts Presenters.

From 2000 – 2002 she was Chair of Renfrewshire Dance Project and now sits on the Board of Glasgow based theatre company Vox Motus.
