Our internationally renowned festival of audiovisual art and experimental music, Sonica, returns to Glasgow. Presenting over 170 artists from 21 countries across 11 venues, transforming the city into a platform for contemporary artists working at the intersection of sound, image and architecture.
Featuring a packed programme of “intoxicating, outlandish interdisciplinary performances and contemplative, subtly challenging artistic installations” (The Quietus), 2026 will showcase more Scottish talent than ever before, as well as including a host of exceptional international artists from Belgium, France, Germany, Georgia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Québec, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and USA.
