This is how we do it.

Security:

  • We do not use zero hours contracts and pay for any cancelled shifts
  • Company sick pay is paid from Day 1
  • We ensure payment of at least the Real Living Wage and have been a Real Living Wage employer since 2016
  • Payment for freelancers (including artists) based on work completion and made in instalments, typically within 48 hours of invoicing

Effective Voice:

  • We hold weekly team meetings, regular staff 1-2-1, and annual reviews
  • All company briefings are held in person or virtually
  • Staff forums and working groups are managed by members of the team
  • We recognise and respect the right of our employees to be trade union members

Opportunity:
