tues. and moventia present a collaborative audiovisual performance, live at EXIT Glasgow, where lyrics are heard, seen and experienced in motion.

tues. make rap, sort of. Niki Zaupa (moventia) is a multimedia visual artist working at the intersection of technology, performance and social commentary. In this new collaboration they build an immersive world around tues. sample-based hip-hop and ambient soundscapes, translating sonic textures into moving imagery and typographic motion.

Step inside the multi-dimensional performance as light, shadow and shifting textures build a physical world for tues.’ music and words to populate. Part-installation, part-live performance, this work is interested in past, present and nostalgia.

tues. is a Scottish a duo creating experimental, sample-based hip-hop that merges narrative, sound, and performance. Comprised of composer Ben Deans and writer/emcee Owen Sutcliffe, their work blurs the boundaries between rap, installation, and sonic storytelling, transforming live shows into continuous, immersive experiences. Their lyrics are surreal and shifting, folkloric narratives, dream-like observations, and reflections on the inner and outer world.
